By allowing a minor to use the Service, the parent or guardian accepts responsibility for the minor’s actions on the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these responsibilities or pose a risk to the integrity, safety, or security of the Service or its users.

This license remains in effect for as long as the content is available on the Service. When content is deleted, the license will terminate, except to the extent that the content has already been shared with others, retained for legal compliance, or stored in backup systems for a limited period as required for technical or operational reasons. Talstrike reserves the right to remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Users are prohibited from uploading, posting, sharing, or transmitting any content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. This includes content that promotes violence, discrimination, exploitation, or harassment of any individual or group.

You must not impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent your identity or affiliations, or create accounts on behalf of others without authorization. Any attempt to deceive, defraud, or mislead other users is strictly prohibited.

Users may not engage in harassment, bullying, intimidation, or any behavior that creates an unsafe or hostile environment. This includes targeting individuals based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, age, or any protected characteristic.

You must not upload or share content that infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions for any content you submit.

You must not attempt to exploit, disrupt, or interfere with the operation of the Service. This includes attempting to bypass security measures, access unauthorized areas, manipulate engagement metrics, use bots or automated systems, or interfere with the normal functionality of the platform.

Talstrike reserves the right to review, approve, deny, or revoke verification status at its sole discretion, including where information cannot be confirmed or is found to be inaccurate, inconsistent, or in violation of these Terms.

Talstrike is not a party to any agreements formed between users and does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, legality, or outcome of any opportunity, engagement, or transaction conducted through the platform. Users are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying the legitimacy of any opportunity and for complying with applicable laws and regulations.

Where available, Talstrike may offer escrow or payment facilitation services to support secure transactions between users. Any such services are provided solely as a convenience and are subject to additional terms and conditions. Talstrike is not a financial institution, payment processor, or legal advisor, and does not provide financial, legal, or professional advice.

Users acknowledge and agree that Talstrike is not responsible for any disputes, losses, damages, or claims arising from agreements, payments, or interactions between users. Any disputes must be resolved directly between the parties involved, unless otherwise specified under applicable escrow terms.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in the countries where we operate, including transfers across international borders, and that such processing will be conducted in accordance with applicable legal safeguards.

Where required by law, we will obtain your consent before collecting or using certain types of personal information. Talstrike reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts, or limit access to the Service, at its discretion, where necessary to protect the safety, integrity, and proper operation of the platform. This may include, but is not limited to, violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, abusive behavior, unlawful activity, or actions that pose a risk to other users or the Service.

For accounts involving minors, Talstrike may take additional action, including suspension or termination, where required to comply with applicable child protection laws, including COPPA, or where appropriate parental or guardian consent cannot be verified.

Where appropriate, Talstrike may provide notice of suspension or termination; however, immediate action may be taken without prior notice where necessary to prevent harm, ensure compliance with legal obligations, or maintain platform security.

Upon termination, users may lose access to their accounts and associated content. Talstrike may retain certain information as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or maintain the safety and integrity of the Service.

Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use any part of the Service or Talstrike’s intellectual property without prior written permission.

Use of the Talstrike name, logo, or brand assets without authorization is strictly prohibited. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights, ownership, or license to Talstrike’s intellectual property other than the limited right to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Users retain ownership of the content they create and upload, subject to the rights granted to Talstrike as outlined in the User Content and Consent section.

Talstrike reserves the right to take appropriate action against any unauthorized use of its intellectual property, including suspension or termination of accounts and, where applicable, legal enforcement.

Talstrike does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from harmful components. Access to the Service may be limited, suspended, or disrupted due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or factors beyond our control.

Talstrike acts solely as a platform to facilitate connections between users and does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for user conduct, content, or interactions.

Users are solely responsible for their actions and decisions when engaging with others on the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talstrike shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of opportunities, reputational harm, or disputes arising between users, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located within Maryland.

Zero Tolerance for Abuse and Exploitation Talstrike strictly prohibits any activity that involves the abuse or exploitation of minors. This includes, but is not limited to:

• ● Any attempt to exploit, groom, or harm a minor
• ● Behavior that violates applicable child protection laws

Any violation of this policy will result in immediate action, including removal of content, suspension or permanent termination of accounts, and, where required, reporting to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Age Protection and Parental Involvement

Talstrike supports participation from younger users where appropriate safeguards are in place:
